Nantong Cryotherm Tiangong Co. ltd has entered a blanket research and development agreement with the College of Machinery Engineering, Nantong University. The signing ceremony was hold at Nantong University on December 6th. Professor Minyu Huang and Dr. John Wang signed the agreement on behalf of the Nantong University and Cryotherm-China, respectively.

Under the agreement, the research effort will be focused at cryogenic treatment of wear-resistant polymers. In addition to develop new products, the collaboration will also jointly provide a Master degree program for the first generation of engineers specialized at cryogenic treatment, as well as to compile the first textbook in China on cryogenic technology.

Early this year, Cryotherm China formed another collaboration with Dalian Industry University and jointly established a Cryogenic Technology Reserach Center to focus at the cryogenic treatment of hard alloy. The new collaboration agreement will expand our research and product development to a different field. Meanwhile, it represents a new step of Cryotherm China towards research and education. These collaborative research agreements with academic institutes will further enhance the nationwide leading edge position of Nantong in cryogenic technology.
